Above the roof of the screen porch it appears to be badly rotted
It can't be seen to well here but the roof is cracking and crushing the vertical drywall This is another damaged part of the ceiling
Look how damaged the wall is. It was patched also The other side of the curtain rod Curtain rod is all twisted Just by moving the curtain over to get a better picture, the rod pulled out of the wall. The wood is completely rotted out. The wood is totally rotted out. The curtain rod is now hanging by the center support.
